Saskatoon’s reputation for having world-class facilities and top-notch organization and hosting pedigree in fastpitch-softball will be put to the test again in a couple of weeks!
A trio of Canadian fastpitch-softball championships will take hold of Bob Van Impe Stadium, Joe Gallagher Field and the Glenn Reeve diamonds between July 27 and August 4. Softball Canada’s Under-14 Boy’s nationals will be held July 27-31. Then, the Under-16 Boy’s and Under 23 Men’s will take over those diamonds between July 30-August 4. The Under-16 Boys’ event actually doesn’t begin until July 31. In all tournaments, teams from every province…except P-E-I…will take part. U14 Boy’s – 8 teams July 27- 31- https://softball.ca/u14boys

U23 Men’s – 8 teams July 30 – August 4 – https://softball.ca/u23mens
This tripleheader will feature teams from every province but PEI and host teams from Saskatoon in every category.
The U23 Host WD Plastics Jr. Diamondbacks were silver medal winners last year. They look to take one step up on the podium as they are loaded with former Jr National Team members, Canada Game Silver Medallists and U19 National Champions.
