Hundreds of thousands of doses of drugs, along with weapons, were seized by RCMP in Richmond British Columbia as they executed multiple search warrants at locations suspected of being drug labs. Six people have been arrested. The investigation has been underway since March. The search warrants were executed in late October but word of the bust is just coming out now. The haul included over 300 thousand doses of methamphetamine, 68 hundred doses of suspected fentanyl, and two thousand doses of cannabis, 3 pill presses capable of collective manufacturing up to 30 thousand pills per hour, and six firearms. A HAZMAT team along with chemists from Health Canada were brought in to help dismantle the operations, which took five days to complete.
