The Saskatoon Fire Department say firefighters used a hydraulic cutting tool to get one person out of their vehicle in the accident which backed up traffic on Circle Drive during rush hour Wednesday morning. SFD says injuries were minor. Fire crews cleaned up fluids that had leaked from the vehicles and returned to the fire hall.
The Saskatoon Police Service says the call came in at 7:42 a.m. and the accident was in the northbound lanes of Circle Drive, north of College Drive and south of 108th Street.
One of the vehicles involved was a semi truck which went into the ditch. There were also two SUVs involved and a car.
