
A farmer from the Tisdale area is the new President of the Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan. (APAS)
Ian Boxall was elected at the organization’s annual general meeting in Regina on Tuesday. Boxall had been one of two APAS Vice-Presidents and represents the RM of Connaught #457.
Boxall takes over from Todd Lewis, who completed the maximum six-year term as APAS president.
Bill Prybylski of Willowbrook will remain as one Vice-President, while Scott Owens from Maidstone will serve as the other VP.
Each of the six APAS districts has two directors. There was only one change with Jason Bateman in the RM of Gravelbourg becoming a District Two director.
