A Marion Graham high school grad, Epp was named the Canada West University Men’s Volleyball Conference Player-of-the-Year Wednesday. The fourth year Human Kinetics student at Trinity Western led the Spartans to a conference-best 15-1 record from his setter position. Epp led Canada West primary setter’s in points per set. An athlete who needs few swings to take over a game is the league’s Rookie of the Year. Philipp Lauter out of Brandon has already established himself among the CW elite.

Trinity Western is now getting ready to host the Final Four (Brandon, Alberta and Calgary) this weekend. The Championship match is set for Saturday, with the semi-finals going Friday.
