Proposed Saskatoon building could be one of the tallest in the city

Nutana could be home to a new 30-story building in the future.

A Saskatoon architecture and interior design company is hosting an online information session which will take place May 11 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. online for the proposed building located at 555 Eastlake Avenue and 403 12th Street East.

An information page on the City’s website says the project would include 210 dwelling units with seven commercial units.

The project would need City Council to include “High-Density Mixed Use” into the community plan, approve a rezoning application and amend the land use designation.
