One of the more powerful storms we’ve seen so far this summer rolled through Saskatoon this morning (sun) bringing strong wind gusts, a little bit of hail, large flashes of lightning and rain to the Bridge City. A severe thunderstorm warning was issued by Environment Canada for Saskatoon, Rosetown and surrounding area about 10 minutes to 10 o’clock this morning, that alert was removed at 10:30 a.m. One CJWW listener west of Biggar reported three inches of rain and pea sized hail.
