The casual country gala—held Tuesday evening at Ag in Motion—raised more than $300,000 for STARS Air Ambulance.
“After two years apart (due to COVID), it was incredible to welcome the agriculture community back for such an amazing party and we could not be more thrilled with how it turned out,” said STARS president and CEO Andrea Robertson.
There was a supper, auction and musical entertainment by Jess Moskaluke and Charlie Major.
A highlight of the evening was a moving video and remarks by Draedon Faubert and his father Chris. Draedon was critically injured in May 2020, with a lengthy recovery that included 40 days of quarantine with this mother Stacey in the ICU while his father and family waited outside.
STARS Air Ambulance is a very important service to rural residents. Field of Stars has raised more than $1.7 million since 2018 to help save the lives of patients in need.
