Kaitlyn Stadnyk has been named as candidate for the Lumsden-Morse By-Election by the Saskatchewan NDP.
NDP members nominated her yesterday evening. She is a graduate from the University of Regina and obtained a Bachelor of Human Justice. Stadnyk also grew up on the family farm near Lumsden and has worked with various non-profit organizations such as the John Howard Society.
The Bye-election was called after previous Lumsden-Morse MLA Lyle Stewart retired in early March of this year for health reasons. The Sask. Party MLA had almost completed 25 years of work when he announced his retirment.
