Eligible students can start applying right now for a CAA scholarship. The applications can be done online directly to the educational institutions administering the process.
The scholarships at the University of Saskatchewan and at the University of Regina are $2,500 at each institution. Applicants must be either a CAA Saskatchewan Member or a child of a Member, and a Saskatchewan resident. The CAA Scholarship application deadline date for the U of S is March 1 and the deadline at the U of R is March 15, 2024.
The CAA Saskatchewan scholarships at Saskatchewan Polytechnic are $3,750 in total and are available for application from July 15 to September 15 to CAA Saskatchewan Members and non-members. The scholarships support the Automotive Service Technician certificate program at the Saskatoon and Moose Jaw campuses as well as the Auto Body Technician certificate program at the Regina campus.
Applicants to the CAA Scholarship Program are evaluated on academic performance, economic needs as well as other factors like extra-curricular activities or community involvement.
