A disagreement over agricultural exports has broken down bilateral trade negotiations between Canada and the United Kingdon after nearly two years.
The British are unhappy with Canadian import tariffs on their cheese, while Canada says a ban on hormone-treated beef is shutting Canada out of the UK market.
