Tuesday morning the Saskatoon Police Service responded to a call of an injured person in the 100 block of Avenue O South.
The call came in at 8:20 a.m. and updates received by police stated a woman had been assaulted.
When officers arrived, they located and spoke with the victim, a 23-year-old woman, who was transported to hospital with what are believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
The Saskatoon Police Service asks anyone with information to contact police or submit a tip anonymously to Crime Stoppers.
