The Saskatoon Police Service Drug Unit arrested five people, searched four homes and one business in what it calls a nine-month investigation of “high level drug traffickers.”
The investigation wrapped up on October 6th when a 27-year-old man was arrested near a business in the 3000 block of Meadows Parkways on the southeast outskirts of the city. The remaining accused were arrested a short time later.
Adbdullah Seif-Aideen, 27, is charged with trafficking kilogram levels of cocaine and methamphetamine.
Allen Luong, 36, and Mario diBattista, 57, are charged with trafficking kilogram levels of cocaine while Mahammed Osman,34, is charged with kilogram level meth trafficking.
Ammar Amesh, 24, is charged with drug trafficking at the multi-ounce level.
Officers seized a large amount of evidence including:
- 4219 grams of cocaine
- 2974 grams of methamphetamine
- $16,050 CAD
- 4528 grams buffing agent
- 9 mm carbine rifle
- Prohibited Colt 38 revolver
- Ammunition
- Cocaine Press
- Scales, vacuum sealers, money counter
- Cellular phones

Search warrants were executed at the following locations:
- 700 block of Brightsand Crescent (residence)
- 100 block of Pawlychenko Lane (residence)
- 200 block of SIimmon Road (residence)
- 800 block of Kristjanson Road (residence)
- 2900 block of Faithful Avenue (business)
