
A collection of Saskatoon businesses, organizations and individuals were recognized for improving the city and its economy at last night’s SABEX Award ceremony at TCU Place.
STC Industrial Group was the recipient of the Business of the Year Award. Metric Design was handed the Women for Women Award, and Hearth Restaurant was given the Spirit of Saskatoon Award.
Morris Interactive received the Mistahi Mamîcîhîtowin Award, Dutch Growers was awarded for being the Family Business of the Year, and Wiebe Windows & More won the Community Investment Award.
The Small Business Growth Award was given to The Prairie Grazer, Startup TNT was acknowledged with the Community Impact Award, North Ridge Development was inducted into the Business Hall of Fame, and Lavender Smiles Daycare received the New Business Award.
Lastly, Zane Hansen, CEO and President of the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority, won the Industry Leader of the Year Award.
