Through continued investigation, charges have been laid on a third person suspected of triggering the dangerous person alert from last Thursday. That morning, Prince Albert RCMP responded to a vehicle robbery and shooting north of that city and determined that a man was in a vehicle near White Star Road and was approached by four suspects in a black SUV wearing black bandanas or black balaclavas. He was shot and they took his white 2020 Dodge Ram and a cellphone, abandoning the black SUV. The victim didn’t know the suspects, and he was sent to hospital with serious injuries. Two of the suspects have since been arrested, and two remain on the run.
Now, police have identified and are looking for 27-year-old Dallas Fulton from Prince Albert as a suspect. He may be in Prince Albert, Rosthern or Duck Lake, but this is not confirmed. Police say he may be armed and is considered dangerous, so if you see him, report it to police immediately.
Dallas is 120 pounds, 5’5” tall, with brown eyes and black hair. There is a tattoo of a sad face on his right hand a tattoo of a happy face on his left hand.
