With periods of snow and the possibility of freezing rain in the forecast for Tuesday in the Saskatoon area, the City says its road crews are ready to go. If needed, there are 17 sander units and 10 plow trucks which will focus on priority streets for the morning commute with de-icing treatments, beginning with Circle Drive and expressways. The City urges everyone to consider the road conditions, keep a safe distance from other vehicles, and give road equipment the space needed to operate, signaled by their blue and amber flashing lights.
