A woman and two teenage girls have been declared dead following a two-vehicle collision near Swift Current yesterday.
At 3:30 p.m., Swift Current Rural RCMP were called to Highway #4 near the intersection of Highway #363, approximately six kilometers south of Swift Current.
Officers have determined that a southbound SUV and northbound car collided. The deceased victims, ages 41, 14 and 13, were traveling in the car. They are all from the Swift Current Rural RCMP Detachment area.
The driver and sole occupant of the SUV, a man, was taken to hospital with injuries described as non-life threatening.
The investigation continues.
Highway #4 was closed but has since reopened.
