Milestone RCMP and a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist are investigating a fatal accident which happened Wednesday morning on Highway 6 about 19 kilometres south of Regina. Police were told of a two-vehicle accident just before 9 that morning and responded along with local EMS. A truck and semi had collided.

The driver and sole occupant of the truck was declared dead at the scene by paramedics. The family of the 38-year-old man from British Columbia has been notified. The driver of the semi was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
