Police charge 16-year-old with First Degree Murder in Saskatoon’s 13th homicide

Another person has been charged with the death of 20-year-old Jordanna Kucher from Saskatoon.

On the evening of November 15th, officers responded to a parking lot in the 1300 block of 8th Street East. There, Kucher was found dead, and police determined they were dealing with the city’s 13th homicide.

Police initially charged a 36-year-woman with First Degree Murder. She made her first court appearance that Monday.

Now, officers have arrested an additional suspect, and are charging a 16-year-old youth with First Degree Murder. He will make his first court appearance tomorrow.

Investigators encourage owners of vehicles that drove westbound in the 1300 Block of 8th Street East from 6:15 pm to 6:45 pm on November 15th to produce any dash cam video captured.
