Morgan Wallen’s felony chair-throwing case is going to a Grand Jury in the state of Tennessee.
His lawyers are waiving the preliminary hearing, which was set for Thursday.
Now a jury will decide if there’s enough evidence to proceed to trial – they’re expected to meet in January.
Morgan was arrested back in April after an incident at Eric Church’s Nashville bar where he allegedly threw a chair from the roof that landed near two police officers.
