This a provincial reassessment year and the City of Saskatoon will mail notices beginning January 27th.

Provincial legislation mandates a reassessment of all property types every four years. This ensures that property reflects a more current, accurate and fair market value. The updated value will be one factor in calculation of property taxes for the next four years.
