A 14-year-old student of Evan Hardy Collegiate charged with attempted murder, arson and aggravated assault appeared by video in Saskatoon Provincial Court this morning (Mon). She is now scheduled to make her plea on February 13th.
It was September 5th of last year when a 15-year-old girl was doused with a flammable liquid and set on fire. Afterwards, the 14-year-old told police that voices told her to do things. She is also charged with assault causing bodily harm against a teacher who was injured while trying to help the 15-year-old.
On a GoFundMe page for the girl who was burned, a post back in September said she has a long and winding road ahead of her as she beings to healt from her wounds.
