Above zero temperatures may delay the onset of blowing snow until later this evening or overnight. Conditions will improve by Friday morning as winds weaken and snow tapers off.
A snowfall warning is in effect for much of northern Saskatchewan dipping south to Melfort, Tisdale, Nipawin and over to Hudson Bay with total amounts of 15 to 25 centimetres expected. Heavy snow will begin this morning and continue during the day. Snow will taper off before Friday morning.
