Snow has been removed from 70 per cent of Saskatoon’s priority streets according to a release from the city.
It’s expected that priority streets will be completely cleared by mid-February, barring any significant equipment breakdowns, unforeseeable circumstances, or bad weather.
Delays could manifest if another snow event occurs, which would prompt City crews to implement their regular snow response.
The city reminds drivers that when approaching road maintenance equipment with blue and amber flashing lights, please give operators space to work safely.
