The city of Saskatoon is reminding property owners that the assessment appeal period ends March 28th.
If, after speaking with an assessor, you still disagree with your property’s reassessed value, you need to submit your formal assessment appeal to the Board of Revision before the March 28th deadline.
An appeal form was included with the Assessment Notice which was sent out in January.
Some advice from the City is to go to the Property Assessment & Tax Tool on the City of Saskatoon’s website and review the characteristics on file about your property.
