The Prince Albert RCMP responded to a serious collision on Highway 11 last night near the junction of Highway 2.

They issued an advisory shortly after 10 p.m. that the highway was closed for an undetermined amount of time and that detours were in place.  As well, motorists could expect delays.

The Highway Hotline this morning is not showing any delays or closures in the area.

The RCMP says with the investigation is in its preliminary stages, they do not have any further details.
