
The Regina Police Service has arrested a third individual in connection to the city’s second homicide of 2025.
At 12:20 a.m. on Thursday, April 10, police and EMS responded to a report of an injured person at a home in the 400 block of East College Avenue.
Police located a man and attempted life saving measures.
EMS arrived on scene and the man was declared dead. The victim is 42-year-old Christopher Seaton of Regina.
Originally, thirty-six-year-old James Dubois of Regina was charged with First Degree Murder, followed shortly after by 38 year-old Alexandra Dubois on April 17th and charged with Accessory After the Fact to Murder, and Wednesday, 42-year-old Larry Windigo was arrested and faces the same charges.
Windigo will appear in court on Thursday.
