One of the provincial government’s economic stimulus projects is funding for upgrades to Clavet Composite School in the Prairie Spirit School Division.
The government says in a news release the $5-million in renovations include upgrades to the mechanical and electrical systems, walls, floors, and ceilings, among other projects.
The work began in August and are expected to be done by next fall.
Once work is finished, both air quality and energy consumption will be improved, therefore helping to reduce the school’s operating costs.
