Environment Canada weather statistics show most centres were between six and eight degrees Celsius colder than normal last month with nearly every surveyed location in the top twenty coldest months of March on record.
Prince Albert had its 8th coldest March in 136 years while Saskatoon was a bit better at the 23rd coldest March in 127 years.
