SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA load in Saskatoon’s wastewater has reduced by 63.2 per cent. Researchers at the University of Saskatchewan say that is based on averages of two individual daily measurements in this reporting period which is compared to the weekly average of the previous weeks.
The viral RNA load in Prince Albert’s wastewater has dropped by 46.6 per cent and it has decreased by 69.1 per cent in North Battleford. Those valuations are based on three daily measurements.
For all three communities COVID-19 viral RNA in wastewater is considered low.
