Cocaine, crack cocaine, meth, MDMA, over $310,000, firearms, and three vehicles have been seized in a Saskatoon Police drug trafficking investigation which began five months ago. On July 17th, with the help of multiple Saskatoon Police Units, search warrants were executed at six locations.
A news release from the Saskatoon Police Service says 20-year-old Romail George, 29-year-old Mark Majcher, and 43-year-old Joshua Smith were arrested at locations in the 1800 block of Main Street and in the area of 113th Street and Egbert Avenue. All three are facing charges related to drug trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime. Joshua Smith also faces a variety of firearms-related charges. A 22-year-old Saskatoon woman was also arrested and charged with drug-related offences. (more details below)
Search warrants were executed in the following locations:
- 1800 block of Main Street
- 200 block of Maningas Bend
- 100 block of Spencer Crescent
- 300 block of Fleming Crescent
- 3800 block of Fairlight Drive
- 900 block of 1st Avenue North
As a result of the search warrants, the following evidentiary seizures were made;
- 65.69 grams of cocaine
- 323 grams of crack cocaine
- 147 grams of methamphetamine
- 24.7 grams of MDMA
- Three loaded firearms including; Springfield Armoury .45 calibre handgun, Smith & Wesson .38 calibre revolver, and Winchester 20-gauge shotgun
- $310,885 CAD
- Over 50 kilograms of buffing agent

- Five cellular phones
- Assorted paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking
