A drug-trafficking investigation from the Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team has led to the arrests of three people and the seizure of about 240 grams of meth, 104 grams of fentanyl, 18 grams of cocaine, just over a gram of crack cocaine, 3 hydromorphone pills, cell phones, other electronics, body armour, guns and a replica shotgun.
Last Wednesday, July 26th, officers from multiple police units began an investigation into individuals believed to be trafficking meth, fentanyl and cocaine at a home in the 1400 block of 23rd Street West. Police also believed the suspects may be in possession of several firearms. Then on July 31st, a warrant was granted, and the home was searched. Two men, 36 and 37-years-old and a 49-year-old woman are facing 36 charges in total, related to possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, trafficking and multiple firearms-related offences.
