The Regina Police investigation into the report of a bear mace chase has concluded, and the lockdowns have been lifted at several affected schools.
Miller High School was put into lockdown following a report that two students were chased by several people who were threatening them with bear mace.
At 1:10pm today, the Regina Police Service responded to the school. Officers say they learned the suspects may have entered the school, so a lockdown commenced.
Several other nearby schools were put into Secure the Building mode, such as Balfour Collegiate, St. Augustine School, St. Faustina School and Thompson School.
The investigation is ongoing.
