Cut Knife RCMP are looking for a man who is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and filing to comply with release order conditions. Last Sunday, officers executed a search warrant at a home on Poundmaker Cree Nation in relation to an ongoing trafficking investigation and report seizing about 250 grams of cocaine, along with trafficking paraphernalia, ammunition and weapons.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 49-year-old Willis Checkosis of Poundmaker Cree Nation. He has writing tattooed on both his left arm and his left fingers. Anyone who sees him is advised not to approach him and instead contact the Cut Knife RCMP or submit an anonymous tip through Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers.
