Prince Albert cab driver robbed and stabbed

Prince Albert Police are investigating a robbery and stabbing, which happened Friday morning just before 6:30. Officers responded to the 1200 block of 28th Street East and were told a cab driver had been robbed and stabbed.

A 47-year-old man was found injured and transported to hospital by ambulance with what were believed to be non-life-threatening injuries. Police were told two males got in the cab and demanded money and then the victim was stabbed. One of them fled on foot and the other took off in a vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
