A Saskatchewan man has been arrested and charged with three counts of second degree murder in relation to the discovery of three deceased males at a residence in Lloydminster back on September 11 of last year.
Thirty-one-year-old Nakota Rayne Pooyak of the Sweetgrass First Nation was scheduled to appear in Saskatchewan Provincial Court Monday in Lloydminster after being arrested Saturday by the Alberta RCMP Major Crimes Unit. Sixty-six-year-old Brent Peters, 32-year-old Matthew Peters and 34-year-old Brennan Peters were found deceased from gunshot wounds at a residence in the vicinity of 50th Street and 47th Avenue in Lloydminster by Lloydminster RCMP officers who had been dispatched to the address for a well-being check.
