Police in Weyburn say the target of an alleged home invasion that turned fatal is facing a murder charge. 23-year-old Keegan R. Muxlow is accused of second-degree murder. Investigators say three men allegedly armed with a shotgun broke into a home Friday night, and that an altercation occurred and shots were fired. 18 year old Nathan Hutt died from his injuries. 23 year old Dominick Hawkes suffered minor stab wounds; Hawkes and 25 year old William McLeod are charged in connection to the home invasion. All three men are in Weyburn Provincial court tomorrow. (tues).
