A man unlawfully at large from the Saskatchewan Penitentiary in Prince Albert has turned himself in to Saskatoon Police. Correctional Services of Canada says James Fred Katsiris turned himself in on Wednesday night. He had escaped from the minimum security unit on November 24th. At the time, the CSC said the 36 year old was serving a sentence of a little over two years for a number of offenses including possession and trafficking of property obtained by crime.
